I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect with easy access to many tourist attractions. The staff was warm, cute and always happy to help. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the cleanliness. The parking was safe and convenient. the breakfast was delicious and filling.

The welcome drink was refreshing and the sports-themed restaurant was a unique experience. the location of the hotel near the business district was convenient. the availability of a gym was a plus.

The staff lacked basic customer service skills and failed to adequately address our concerns. the room was in poor condition with dirty sheets and pillows, and the bathroom had issues with the flush and odor.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was absolutely amazing! the spacious and modern rooms were perfect for our stay, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic with something for everyone. The hotel's great location was a huge advantage for us, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The entertainment provided on New Year's Eve was a real highlight for us, it was lively and enjoyable, definitely leaving a lasting impression.

We did experience a few hiccups during our stay. The room service was slow, we had to request them multiple times before something was properly done.

Located close to major tourist attractions and with a stadium nearby, this hotel offers great convenience. We enjoyed spacious rooms and premium bathrooms, with a good balcony to relax on. the sports theme throughout the hotel was a nice touch. the breakfast and lunch were delicious, with plenty of veg options.

The staff could use better training to improve customer service.

It was a cool stay with enough space, a good balcony, and a premium feeling bathroom. The food, especially breakfast and lunch, was good. The area was calm and quiet, and the sports theme in the restaurant was really good.
